Shpresa Emra is a judge at general departament at Basic Court in Prizren. Judge Emra graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina in 2001, while she passed the jurisprudence exam in 2004. From 2002 to 2003, she was an intern at theMunicipal Court in Prizren, while from 2010 to 2012 she was appointed as a judge to the Municipal Court in Prizren. At the beginning of 2013 was appointed as a judge at general department at Basic Court in Prizren, which position she still holds.
