Xheladin Osmani is a judge for the Serious Crimes Department of the Prizren Basic Court. Judge Osmani graduated in 1988 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina. He passed his Bar exam in 1990. His professional background began as an intern for the Municipal Court of Prizren from 1988 till 1990. Furthermore, he worked as a Lawyer for the Kosovo Bar Association from 1991 till 1999. He was appointed as a judge at the Municipal Court of Prizren from 2000 till 2012. In 2013 he was appointed as a judge for theSerious Crimes Department in the Prizren Basic Court to which he is currently working.
