Sefer Gutaj is a judge for the Minor Offences Department of the Prizren Basic Court. Judge Gutaj graduated in 1986 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Prishtina. He passed his Bar exam in 2004. His professional background began as an intern at the Public Prosecutor Muicipal Office in Prizren from 1988 till 1989. Furthermore, he worked as an investigator from 1989 till 2004. He was appointed as a judge on 2010 for the Court for Minor Offences in Prizren. In 2013 he was appointed as a judge for the General Department in the Prizren Basic Court to which he is currently working.
